Our Courses
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Intake: 20 Seats
Duration: 5 years, Full time (semester based)
Eligibility Criteria:
(1)
Secured at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination;
Or
(2) Passed 10+3 diploma examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
(3) Additionally Candidate shall be Qualified through the recognized aptitude test in Architecture conducted by COA (NATA or equivalent ).
Note: No direct lateral admission is allowed at any other year/stage of B.Arch. course based on any qualification
Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
Intake: 20 Seats
M.ARCH (Landscape Architecture)
Intake: 20 students
Duration: 2 years, Full time (semester based)
Eligibility Criteria: B.Arch with a minimum aggregate score of 50 percent, completed from a recognized institution approved by COA.

Duration: 5 Years, Full Time (Semester Based)
Eligibility Criteria:
Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with any one of Chemistry / Biology / Technical Vocational Subject / Computer Science / Information Technology / Informatics Practices / Engineering Graphics / Business Studies, with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.
OR
Passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject, with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.
Additionally, the candidate must qualify through the recognized Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA or equivalent).
Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
Intake: 20 Seats
Duration: 2 Years, Full Time (Semester Based)
Specialization: M.Arch. (Landscape Architecture)
Eligibility Criteria: A candidate must have a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks, as per Council of Architecture (CoA) norms.
